4 days car hire program
to Leshan,Jaiyang steam train, Mt. Emei，Bifengxia panda base, and Shangli
Day01: Chengdu to Leshan to Jiayang
In the morning, at the agreed time (around 08:30), the driver will meet you at your hotel, and drive southward to Leshan for local amazing buddha statue. Around 2 hours drive.
In the afternoon, leave Leshan for Jiayang Coal Mine; Jiayang is a place in southern Leshan, and is rich in coal; recent years, Jiayang becomes popular among tourists for its unique Steam train; this train is one of a few still under use; but, this train gets some uniques, especially, this train is the only one under business operation, transportating local people, daily necessities to people inside mountains, and coal required by local facotries.
on the way to Jiayang, we will do de tour to Qin Wei for local special shaped Luocheng old town; this town,compared to other old towns to tourists, is unique on its shape; with a bird view, this old town looks like a fishing boat, two ends pointed,the middle wide.
in late afternoon, around 18:30, reach Jiayang; if there is no hotel room left, you return back to Qinwei county city.
Day02:Jiayang steam train to Mt.Emeishan
take this steam train and enjoy this short journey; return to the train station in middle afternoon, then drive to Mt.Emeishan.
if your time is enough in the rest of the day,go and visit Baoguo temple if you like.
Day03: Mt.Emeishan to Bifengxia
self touring Mt. Emei. Around 16:00, leave Mt. Emei for Ya'an Bifengxia, stay overnight at Bifengxia or at Shangli ancient town.
Day04: Bifengxia to Shangli to Chengdu
visit panda bears in Bifengxia, have lunch there; in the afternoon, drive 2 hours back to Chengdu.
--- NOTE:after getting back to Chengdu downtown, if you want to eat local snacks, the driver can send you to the restaurant; the driver won't wait for you, after your dinner, you take local taxi back to your hotel.
